Join a group of up to 20 women leaders and your leadership coach Carla Miller for 6 group coaching calls plus 2 bonus peer coaching calls. Group coaching calls are recorded so it is okay if you need to miss one or two.

Get intentional about how others perceive you. Create a personal leadership brand that is authentic to you, your strengths and your values.

Talk through your challenges, hear others’ experience, build your network and practise your coaching skills with two of your peers.
Tuesday 03 June 2025, 10.00 – 11.30am
Share and learn from each other’s influencing challenges and receive coaching to help you influence your senior stakeholders.

Understand what is causing your self-doubt, reframe unhelpful stories and learn to believe in yourself more. We also discuss gender bias in the workplace.
