Carla is our CEO, she’s a women’s leadership & confidence coach, trainer & keynote speaker. She is the author of the best selling book ‘Closing the Influence Gap’  and the host of the popular Influence & Impact podcast. Carla has helped thousands of women build influence & impact at work over the last 14 years.

Emily works as both a coach and facilitator for us. She has 15 years of leadership experience to draw on when delivering leadership training and running personal and career development programmes.

Haseena works as both a coach and facilitator for us. She is also the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Women of Colour Global Network – a professional network and consultancy championing the advancement of women of colour in the workplace. She has spent over 20 years in the cultural and creative sectors, specialising in fundraising and philanthropy, leading teams.

Jen works as both a coach and facilitator for us and has been coaching leaders globally since 2011.  Jen is also an accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner which means that if needed she can help clients process difficult emotions resulting from those very challenging work situations.

Sandra is one of our executive coaches and was formerly the Head of Leadership Engagement at a leading Telecoms company. She has spent more than 25 years in the corporate world working in tough and challenging technical environments, evolving, and developing cross functional teams to deliver complex business change.

Lara delivers our in-person keynotes in London. Lara Cullen, Founder of The People Person Ltd and Carla’s fellow Co-Founder of Impactful Teams, is a highly experienced and engaging executive coach, leadership expert, facilitator and author. A former Board level global HR director who worked with several well-known consumer brands prior to starting her own consultancy, Lara has worked with hundred of teams and leaders, predominantly across the creative and retail industries, helping them bring out the best in themselves and others.  Lara has been featured in a range of UK and Irish press. Her book ‘How to be a People Person: Be kind. Be brave. Be brilliant” containing her signature methodology for personal growth and excellence was described by Marie Claire magazine as “warm, practical and an utterly compulsive read.”

Tess is an ICF certified coach and experienced trainer and facilitator. Tess is passionate about supporting people to find their authentic voice and deliver their role with more skill. Tess has had a career in higher education and big charity holding a variety of leadership positions for 15 years. She is specialist in leadership and personal effectiveness.
