We’re a women-led training and coaching company that helps you create workplaces where women can thrive. Founded and led by Carla Miller, we now have a small team of associate facilitators and coaches who embody our values and bring their own experiences and insights to our training.
Our story…
Unlike most training companies, we started by running open courses. After a decade coaching women leaders 1:1 Carla noticed themes to the challenges that they were facing and the mindset issues those challenges created. She saw the potential in bringing women together to share experiences and Influence & Impact was piloted in late 2019.
Since then over 400 women have been through Influence & Impact. We’re proud of the fact that many of those women self-funded their training, choosing to invest their own money because this was exactly what they needed.
As we’ve grown our offers we’ve kept our focus on creating training that meets women where they are and gives them a sense of agency and self-belief. We think it’s a unique and highly effective approach.
Today we still offer open courses and also partner with global companies like AtkinsRealis and Moloco, government agencies, universities such as King’s College London and many national charities to deliver in-house training and coaching.
Whilst we focus on gender equality we can deliver all of our training programmes in gender neutral versions for our clients.
We think we’re the perfect size – big enough to manage multiple cohorts and work with global companies and small enough to be very human, warm and flexible in our approach.
