Women in Leadership Training

We run 6-12 month women’s leadership development programmes covering a range of topics to help you retain and develop the women in your organisation.

Course content is tailored to your needs and often includes popular sessions from our Influence & Impact programme seen below. Programmes typically include 6-8 sessions.

A Typical Women’s Leadership Programme

Session one:

increasing confidence

60 Minutes

Understanding the impact that gender bias has on confidence and learning foundational tools and exercises to overcome confidence issues.

Session two:

Tackling imposter feelings & self doubt

60 Minutes

Recognising and tackling behaviours, feelings and circumstances that limit women’s confidence to lead.

Session three:

Personal ‘leadership brand’

60 Minutes

Understanding individual strengths and leadership styles and how those can be aligned  with the culture of an organisation. Building reputation and visibility within an organisation.

Session four:

Having courageous conversations

60 Minutes

Using tools and frameworks to set appropriate boundaries, challenging constructively with confidence and providing and receiving feedback. Embracing and ‘stepping into’ the authority that comes with a role.

Session five:

Speaking Up

60 Minutes

Communicating confidently with executive presence. Covering body language and being intentional and powerful with contributions. Handling objections and difficult questions successfully.

Session six:

Influencing upwards & sideways

60 Minutes

Reputation and relationship building, influencing skills. advocating for a team, communicating with and mapping senior stakeholders.
